Refund Policy

You may return any products you have purchased within 28 days of delivery for any reason. In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition.

Contact us to let us know you’d like to return an item by emailing  loraine@kiddiewinkboutique.co.uk and we will provide you with our postal address.

Return the items by a reputable courier and ask for a proof of posting.

Once we receive the items in a satisfactory condition, we shall refund the cost of the goods minus the postage charge, to the original account charged. Refunds will be paid as quickly as possible.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning stock back to us.

Please remember to put a copy of your payment or relevant paperwork in with the items you are returning so we know who they are from and we can refund you immediately.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, and photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
